OPERATE / Managed OT Security

Keep resilience
under review.

Equipment, threats and dependencies change. We support monitoring, vulnerability management and follow-through, and help check whether incident arrangements and recovery preparations still work. Scope, service hours and authority are agreed in advance.

Define the service before starting

Monitoring, management and response are distinct responsibilities. We document which tasks OT-Guard takes on and which decisions remain with your organisation.

  • Sites, assets, data sources and exclusions
  • Service hours, availability and response objectives
  • Alert assessment, escalation and customer contacts
  • Changes OT-Guard may make and those requiring approval
  • Vulnerability review, remediation tracking and reporting
  • Incident coordination, recovery roles and handover

Action that respects the operation

Managed security is not automatic authority to isolate a production system. Actions that could affect safety or availability follow the agreed decision and change process. Incident support, out-of-hours availability and any external response partners must be included explicitly in the service agreement.

Keep improvement moving

We review findings, changes and open actions at an agreed cadence. A dashboard is not the outcome: measures need an owner, a follow-up date and a check that the work is complete.

Where is your operation still vulnerable?
