ADVISE / OT-Guard Security Assessment

Know where your operation
is vulnerable.

Examine the risks to critical processes, from exposed systems to hidden dependencies and gaps in recovery. With an agreed scope and project price, you receive clear priorities and a practical 90-day action plan.

Discuss an assessment

A clear agreement before the assessment

We agree the site or machine scope, available documentation, interviews and permitted technical checks before starting. Discovery is passive or document-led where appropriate. Active testing requires separate approval and operational safeguards; production is not a test environment.

Need to narrow the question first? We can start with a limited review before defining a broader assessment. Deliverables and the fixed project price are agreed in advance. No long-term management contract is required.

Four concrete deliverables

01

Current state

A documented view of assets, connections, access and operational dependencies within the agreed scope.

02

Critical risks

Prioritised findings with evidence, assumptions and their potential effect on the operation.

03

Recommended architecture

Practical design recommendations for boundaries, access and protection, with constraints and dependencies.

04

90-day action plan

Actions, owners and decision points for the next quarter. Timing depends on the agreed scope and available change windows.

What we examine

  • Assets, connections and process dependencies
  • Network architecture and segmentation
  • Users, privilege and supplier access
  • Vulnerabilities, software versions and support
  • Backup, recovery and incident readiness
  • Applicable CRA/NIS2 questions and relevant IEC 62443 considerations

You decide what follows

Use the action plan with your own team or involve OT-Guard in consulting and implementation. The Security Suite and Managed Security are optional next steps, not a required bundle. An assessment is not certification and cannot guarantee that every vulnerability has been found.

Where is your operation still vulnerable?

Where is your operation still vulnerable? Examine critical dependencies, protective controls and recovery preparations. Agree the scope, project price and a practical next step before work begins.
